This is a snapshot of February 2023 vs. January 2023 and some insight into the Winter Market.

OC HOUSING MARKET TODAY

In OC, both Supply and Demand are decreasing; however, Supply is decreasing faster than Demand, leaving homes on the market for about 40 days. At the beginning of March, there were just 2,218 homes on the market. That number before Covid is usually around 5,100.

Let's dive deeper into a few Orange County cities and communities. Median days are down in most areas, Inventory is down or unchanged in many areas, and for the most part, Prices haven't changed much in either direction.
