Your Wish List

Let's start with a daydream. Together, we'll construct a list of must-haves and everything else that goes into making your dream house a reality. Looking for a view of the sea? Do you want a kitchen large enough to entertain friends and family? Do you need a place to hold your workshop? We'll go over all of the details and dig in to make sure nothing is overlooked. Then, with your help, I'll prioritize your goals and needs, from "must haves" to "good to haves." When it comes to neighborhoods, locations, size, and architectural components, this will allow me to focus on the details.

A Realistic Budget

Determining what you can afford is one of the most important aspects of the home-buying process. I refuse to show my clients properties that I know will put them in financial jeopardy. We'll work together to get you pre-approved with a lender, then examine (and review again) your current situation and the type of lifestyle you want to live once you buy a property. Do you like to travel? Weekly dinners at the town's newest restaurant? Do you have any plans to expand your family, whether through children, pets, or other means? All of these factors must be explored. Remember, this is a long-term investment that requires extensive research to ensure that you are comfortable (and pleased!) about your purchase.

The Proposal

Now that we've laid the groundwork, the ball is in my court to deliver to you a thoughtful proposal of properties that fit within your budget and achieve your top desires. Research, expertise, and exclusive access to insider applications and strategic partnerships allow me to present to you options that will get you excited to pursue. I may even find you off-market properties! Along with this, you can anticipate a full review of what's to come in order to ensure we manage your expectations down to the most minute detail. As your top real estate agent, I understand the real estate transaction is a huge deal, so I want to ensure you are fully prepared and understand what's next, so there are no surprises.
