1. WHAT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED? We accept TVs, laptops, cell phones, tablets, printers, and most small electronics. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free check the full list above or call/text 949.482.0073.
2. DO I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY CAR? Nope! This is a drive-through event. Simply pop your trunk, and our team will handle the rest. However, the State of California requires an inventory form for recycled items, which helps Las Flores TK-8 Boosters get paid. For faster service, download and fill out the form above.
3. IS THERE A FEE TO RECYCLE? Not at all! This event is free, but proceeds from the recycled materials directly benefit local school programs.
4. DO I NEED TO WIPE ALL DATA FROM MY ELECTRONICS? While we recommend it, it’s not required. The electronics are responsibly destroyed and recycled by Ewaste Clean Up. 5. DOES THE SCHOOL RECEIVE ANY MONEY FROM THIS EVENT? Yes! Las Flores TK-8 Boosters, 5th Grade Science Camp, and more will receive 50% of funds from e-waste collected on January 25. A State-required inventory form must be completed for funds to be received. The remaining 50% of proceeds will go to E-Waste Clean Up.
6. WILL THIS EVENT HAPPEN RAIN OR SHINE? Yes, rain or shine, this event will happen! Stay in your car and pop your trunk at this drive-through event. For faster service, download and fill out the State-required inventory form above ahead of time.
